Our Mission Statement

To teach as Jesus did, with respect, dignity, and sensitivity for each student.

In doing so, we seek to build life long learners and good Christian citizens.

Holy Name of Jesus School is a coeducational, parochial elementary school ideally located in the suburban community of Valhalla, New York. It's proximity to the major parkways and corporate setting allows for easy access from surrounding areas such as, White Plains, Greenburgh, Elmsford, Hartsdale, and Pleasantville. Families have been known to also commute from Rockland County, Yonkers, and the Bronx.

Our population is diverse and children from all faiths are welcomed and accommodated. There is a close-knit community feel with a caring and devoted staff. Parent involvement is encouraged and parents play a vital role in the daily operation of the school. There is a unique team approach between the parents and faculty.
