In efforts to raise money for our school to support various programs such as our Technology Fund and taking care of our earth, I urge you to review the following programs. These are incentive programs identified where there are no items to sell, no paperwork to complete, and no deadline to worry about.  All we need is your participation!

Stop & Shop

Starting October 7, 2011 through March 29, 2012, Holy Name of Jesus will have the opportunity to earn cash through Stop&Shop A+ School Rewards Program.

After you register your card, each shopping trip at Stop&Shop using your Stop&Shop Card earns CASH for our school!  Each month, the amount of CASH awarded will be updated on the Stop&Shop website.  You can track the amount of points you earn for our school by checking your grocery receipt and online when you create an account at stopandshop.com.  Our school will receive a check at the end of the program.  The money can be used for any of our school’s educational needs.

Remember, even if you registered your card last year, you must re-register this year for our school to receive credit. Attending to this simple process makes a HUGE difference to our school.

Coca-Cola Products

Refresh yourself and make great things happen for our school. By drinking the Coca-Cola products your family already enjoys, you can earn My Coke Rewards points and donate them to Holy Name of Jesus School. Your point donations will go towards rewards like physical education equipment, art supplies, and educational resources that help our students learn, play and have fun. My Coke Rewards codes can be found on hundreds of different packages, including DASANI®, Sprite®, Minute Maid®, POWERADE ION4® and more.

Where to find codes:
You can collect codes from many different types of packages. Some codes appear under the cap, while others are inside the packaging.
Different packages of Coca-Cola products carry different point values.

24-pack Cans = 20 Points
30-pack Cans = 25 Points

Box Tops for Education

Submitting Box Tops can help our school earn points to receive resources. Each quarter a lower grade (PreK-3) and Upper grade (4-8) with the highest amount wins a Frozen Treat! Parishoners can "Pitch-in" to the containers setup in the Church vestibules.

Capri Sun and Frito Lay Recycling Program

How it works:

1. Children dispose of EMPTY Capri Sun drink pouches OR Frito Lay chip bags at lunchtime in the designated BOXES located in their cafeteria. (NO STRAWS, PLEASE)

2. Schools will receive $0.02 for each pouch collected from the TerraCycle recycling company.

3. Students will be working towards helping our environment.

4. If you would like to contribute to this fundraiser from home, just send your EMPTY, STRAWLESS pouches OR chip bags into school with your child in a sealed ziplock baggie, OR drop them off at your convenience at the school in a sealed ziplock baggie.
